Arbonne proudly stands behind all our products with a 90-day Client Product Satisfaction Guarantee!

If you're not completely satisfied, simply return the purchased products to your Independent Consultant or Arbonne within 90 days for a replacement or full refund.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

While promotional products and gift items may not be eligible for replacement, Arbonne may exchange them for an item of equal value at our discretion.

This guarantee applies exclusively to orders placed through Arbonne authorized sales channels.

Independent Consultant Return Policy

Arbonne Independent Consultants are eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price, less appropriate set-offs and legal claims, if any, on product inventory and Business Aids and Business Tools, purchased within one year from the date of purchase. Inventory being returned must be in re-saleable condition. Arbonne Independent Consultants may exchange products for equal or like value.
